Call 911 if there is immediate danger or go to the nearest emergency room.

resolve Crisis Services

resolve is a 24-hour, 365-day crisis service that’s free to all Allegheny County residents. resolve provides:

  • crisis counseling and support

  • referrals

  • intervention services for adults, teens, and their loved ones

Mobile Crisis Team
Mobile crisis teams can travel anywhere within Allegheny County to respond to a crisis. They provide face-to-face support and will work to arrange further care and stabilization, if needed.

Walk-in Crisis Center:
No appointment is needed to get help at the walk-in center. Walk in anytime to talk, get a break from daily stress, or get connected with long-term care and support.
